Complete field strip and component separation. Every part treated individually.
Sandblasted to bare metal — 100% surface prep for maximum adhesion.
Chemical cleaning to remove all oils, residue, and contaminants.
Cerakote sprayed in controlled thin mil and oven-cured to the exact spec.
Full function test and quality check before return to customer.
Important — Firearm Drop-Off Policy
All firearms must be unloaded and rendered safe before drop-off. We do not accept loaded firearms. You are responsible for ensuring your firearm is unloaded prior to drop-off. All applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm transportation must be followed.
